Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscription and credit purchases made for Educators360 paid plans.

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Payment completed but credits/plan not provisioned due to system failure.
  • Incorrect debit caused by a verifiable platform billing defect.

Refund requests should be raised within 7 calendar days of transaction date with account email, payment reference, and issue details.
